Welcome to Wikipedia, Fullerton -- we can always use more people interested in Oregon history or culture here. (Sometimes I think I'm the only one.)

I took a look at your article on Oswald West. While I don't quite agree with your reasoning why West shutdown Copperfield -- based on how Stewart Holbrook tells the story, Copperfield was a lawless town, Oregon's version of Deadwood, South Dakota -- you put in a lot more detail than I could have done. (There's a worthwhile book waiting for the person who writes his biography.) My few changes mostly to bring the article into Wikipedia format.

As for Tom McCall, my advice is to go ahead & write. (That's pretty much the advice for contributing to almost any article in Wikipedia.) If I see any major errors, I'll try to fix them, but I've been putting off fleshing out that stub until I read his biography -- & just haven't been able to make the time.

BTW, when you add comments to Talk pages, please sign them. You can do that either with three tildes ( ~~~ ) which will automatically add your name, or with four tildes ( ~~~~ ) which will add both your name & the date you wrote the comment. Again, welcome to Wikipedia. -- llywrch 17:36, 4 Jul 2004 (UTC)

Unreferenced BLPs

[edit]

Hello Fullerton! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 721 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
